It's a subject that have been anoying me trough ME2 and I notice it's the same in ME3 and no one seems to mind about it. I'm just wondering what you guys think.
I always hated a commun cooldown on all your abilities. You end up spamming your best ability non stop? I understand the goal is to prevent you to just cast none stop abilities but I wonder if the possibility of putting a small cooldown on all your skills after each use and a longer cooldown for the specific skill you just used was considered.
An exemple since I don't think I was clear. You use drone, all your skills are in a 1 second (random value) cooldown. After you can use all your skill but the drone that is still in a longuer cooldown (like 15 seconds?). This way you end up using other skill while your best skill is in cooldown and thus using all your skills.
So what do you think?
Random question : Is there a voice command in the demo and if yes how you use it o.O.

There are voice commands if you have a Kinect, otherwise no.

That's why there's weight capacity. If you overload yourself with too many weapons your cooldowns will increase. If you carry only a pistol - you'll actually get a cooldown decrease. It works both ways. You could potentially spam singularity/throw/warp with an adept.

Well, in ME3 ammo powers have no cooldown, armor powers don't expire, grenade powers and medi-gel have separate cooldowns, combos are encouraged, and it seems like cooldowns can be reduced to ridiculously low levels. It's a nice compromise I think, not that cooldowns bothered me in ME2. You couldn't max all your powers anyway.
