Annoying problem with subtitles
in-game subtitles are sometimes at the top sometimes on the bottom
This is annoying You can not focus on the action in game
I hope that will be corrected in the final version
I think that the best option would be to place them permanently on the bottom

That's how they were in ME2, and it was by convention that the subtitles would appear on the top during combat sequences while subtitles would appear on the bottom for cutscenes.

I would suggest the selection in the menu game
a) top
bottom
c) standard
This probably is not  hard to do
