Yes, the level of auto-dialogue in the introductory sequence is quite unlike what has come before it in the series.

That was not auto-dialogue. Your character was completely controlled by the artificial intelligence; thus, the algorithm it was following was playing the role.

I fail to see the difference. The autodialogue was still disturbing nonetheless. Anyways, here's what the first game looked like:

The difference really is in how much it is used. In the ME3 demo Earth section it is used with a very heavy handed approach. In ME1 and ME2, you selected the dialogue and it responded in most cases, in ME3 this was not the case you were not given the chance to make any choices it was all chosen for you bar a couple times. Those couple times were inadeqate by a long way given regardless of your choice what you said lasted 1 second and was back to generic responses (for this case a dialogue tree of choices vs single dialogue choice with little to no influence or impact via response given).

The forced or heavy handed parts were out of character of peoples shepard and made no sense that would say such things to them. Now there is the element of this was not their imported persona of their own Shepard but it has been said you will still be forced to those same (auto) heavy handed out of character responses in the retail game because those auto dialogue sequences are scripted to play out that way. A prime example is one many have already made fun of with the not tactics but survival comment however there were many more times. This simply was not the case in ME1 and Me2, you still at start of every interaction get to make a choice but in ME3 that choice at every interaction is removed in favor of a generic response regardles of your own persona created.

It's actually one of my major concerns about the game that outside the demo this approach and tactic is also heavily used through out the entire game as mentioned in my review of the demo linked in my signature.

Level of Autodialogue in ME3 demo is truly shocking and better not be in the final product. Glad i couldn't import my own shep into demo as that would have made me even angrier at him acting completely out of character.

It's called profiling. We use it all the time in the force. What you're arguing is basically that our claims are invalid because we're profiling the end result based from the demo. Most of the times, we're right, rarely, we're wrong. You're arguing for a small minority, hence very few people care to side with you on your end of the argument.

Or you're just trolling because hogging the attention on an internet forum makes you feel better than just going out and making a living.

Time to go back to work. See you.
