and Jessica Chobot?
Does anyone know what the dragons actually are? How Cerberus trains their Ninjas? The role Jessica IGN Chobot plays in Mass Effect 3 (is she some reporter on the Normandy?)

I heard that the dragons are actually harvesters. you meet one of them in Grunt's loyalty mission, and one in a small questline, where you destroy a bloodpack base in ME2.
obviously, they must have been genetically an cybernetically modified by the reapers to look like they do now
