[The Yummy Fur]

I really like the new customization system but I hate the fact that there is no dark blue color. The color that looks dark blue in the menu is dark violet

FINALY SOMEONE ELSE NOTICED THIS!

And the "dark blue" looks like neo-blue! It's really annoying when you try to put Alliance colors to your armor, isn't it? 

Bioware failed at making blue color in ME2 also. Heh.

Exactly, I was trying to make a human sentinel In the end I just made him all black/dark grey

take Black with a blue overlay cant remember what they call it mine looks really similar to alliance Blue armor worn in the demo not the ones on the ships.

Yeah im thinking of doing that but I can't unlock the goddamn customization pack!

I think you can do it without the packs. The overlay color and the black-base color are there.

yea no packs needed just line one black line two blue and you got yourself something really close to alliance Blue

Yeah, you have to mix and match to get the result you want color wise. You won't know what the true color is until you see it in game. The model is not the real color. For example white/white looks grey on the model but in game it's pure white. Then there is the fact take the two demo maps have drastically different lighting.

I also find the quarians really really vibrant colors annoying I just made her black

To get vibrant colors try setting primary to black and secondary to the color your going for. You can check the results by going into the Powers menu to view your portrait.

Yeah I do this with humans but for quarians it does not work always practicly neon!!
