My online profile only has a low level character when I began playing DAO. Currently I have several high level characters for 101/109 accomplishments. I do not know how to update my online profile to include these characters, although my accomplishments are automatically updated.

The process is automatic, though not real time. It requires you to be connected to the internet while you are in game AND for the online option to be enabled in the relevent Options menu of the game.

You also cannot be running with the Command Console enabled. When it's running it prevents the upload of game data.

Hmm, it says "There is a problem accessing your online storage. The account information provided may be invalid". How do I fix that? =(

The DAO CC gives the same error. The account info is not invalid, as you can see by my posting here and having the DAO icon under my avatar.

Just noticed that when I got to my online profile from within DA:O, it says "Profile not found" and "no data uploaded" but when I got in through social, I have one (very old) character profile.

It indicates several times that screenshots were taken, etc., but there's nothing there. I've turned off the console (is this a new problem?), but haven't noticed any changes.

having the same exact problem as Noe and Mnoma.. except I do not have a older social address.
so I am confused..

the worst part? the EA support "tried" to fix it twice, then told me to check the forum for answers since according to them "its gameplay related"(short of "WE DONT KNOW CRAP".)

any bioware crew can tell us what to do ?

It's automatic, if you have done everything correctly.  But it's not related to the GAME.  It's a SITE function instead

:social.bioware.com/forum/1/category/6/index

If it actually had anyhing to do with gameplay, the correct forum would have been one of these:

http://social.biowar...tegory/66/index

THERE IS NO BIOWARE "CREW" IN HERE

No one ever accused EA of requiring either truthfulness or intelligence from their poorly paid help site staff. The guy you talked to just wanted to get rid of you. He didn't care that this isn't where your question belonged.
