PLEASE HELP! Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner purchased but do not appear

i've purchased the boxed DA: origins (not collector's edition or delux just the normal version). My redeem code (was in the box) for dragon armor is rejected by dragonage servers- but this is now the least of my worries. i've purchased Warden's keep and stone prisoner from PSN online store (TODAY), each seemed to download, and to install without problem, however, they do not appear in the game (i'm now in the middle of the Fade Nightmare sequence, but i loaded my last Camp save, and the Warden's Keep guy is NOT there. My "downloadable content" is also empty. my psn id is andrew-gm. i mention this because i understand there are problems with "special characters". but i now checked to see if my EA id is connected or mapped to the PSN id, and it is. "andrew-gm" appears as the default persona. what am i supposed to do???? could anyone please help. is there a phone number to call (i'm living in the czech republic, and my boxed DA is the european one
