@JeffZero Tell me about it. The first 3 years of High School, I hid the fact I was a gamer from all my friends, they had these huge egos and superiority complexes. Leaving me to only being able to buy games everyone would play like COD, Skate series, and NBA2k11. I've never been a fan of sports (Must be a lack of testosterone or something..), but those were the only games I could play with my "friends". I did actually love the Skate series though. It was a huge adaptation, seeing as in middle school I was your typical "Nerd". Finally this year I pretty much told everyone to screw off and started being myself again, and I couldn't be happier. Of course, being so blunt about the way I felt left me with no friends posting desperately on various forums to find people to play with online.. but you win some, you lose some. Sorry if I turned this into a therapy session..

21, Never find a problem with the age differences. For the agists out there, theres plenty of immature olders just as there are mature youngers. Depends on the person not the age. Gamertag ProtoRen.

Case in point, any politician in D.C. is dumber than your average 10-year-old.

This game is too complex for young minds to comprehend

Age aint always a problem, I've got friends that are over 20 and still don't have a clue what the difference between graphics and asthetics. I also had to explain bullet travel and bullet drop to an 18 year old because I was playing BF3 at the time. His response was "So you mean like Red Deads dead eye thingy" ... I just left the party.

My 13 year old brother has been obsessed with this series since Mass Efect 1. I've only dabbled in the game here and there (never completed any of the previous 2). But I'm gonna try finish  them before 3 comes out.

I'm scared of the number 12.. I made the mistake of playing with a 12 year old on a regular basis(told me he was 14) for a month. For some reason he felt the need to lie to me and tell me he was max level at every single game I mentioned, and that he had a modded xbox.. Using "On my other account" as back up. I also had to witness him cursing at his mother.. quite disturbing. After a month, my tolerance for his conduct went away and I just erased him, and went the extra mile and paid $10 for a GT change. I doubt kids who are 12 have any interest in Mass Effect though, as it's story oriented, not a twitch shooter.

Well GCZ you sound like a person that needs to be playing on PC. I've played FPS in squads and believe me there is alot of 20+yrold that act like 12yrolds and only a few under 17 that act like 20+yrold. one of the last squads I was in the members children played to. Most all the time members child acted better than the parent. Maturity  is more important than age.

15 here

lol

A few of my friends play ME1 and 2 from time to time, but mostly, if someone's playing an RPG, it's gonna be a bethesda one.

I've always been a rpg gamer. While I'm the type of gamer who likes to play every type of game no matter what it is. I'll give any game a try at least once but I feel that rpg games have better story lines than most games which is why I have to say they are my favorite type of games. I have been playing rpg games since I had a ps1. I'm 18 by the way.

I'm 23 and personally can't stand it when anyon under 18 comes online. Generally, the maturity level is very low and well, the game is for adults.

I guess you fit the ESRB rating, but I really hope no one younger then you is playing, otherwise, simply put, their parents are pretty slack...

I'm 14 and I'm pretty much the only person I know capable of appreciating the complex, involving, emotionally engaging story Mass Effect has to offer. Every one else at my school just throw pretend tomahawks at each other all day. -_- people like that give my age group a bad rep

Well, I'm 17 and I can't stand the call of Duty games. My friends like them, but they like the sort of games I'm into as well.

They won't be playing Mass Effect 3 on the PC though, so I'll still be a loner online.

I do think that they are trying to pull the "CoD crowd" into buying ME3, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of those annoying whiny early-teens playing it (which is the main reason I don't play games online on the consoles), but I guess we'll see.

I'm 21 and I agree with some of the other posts in this thread. I personally am a HUGE ME nut, and I tried to get my friend who is a big COD guy into it and he said it was super boring. I was like WTF, but then I realized that he is incapable of comprehending the vast expanse that is the ME Universe.

Send me a friend request if you so desire. My gamertag is dodgerphreak. If you play as a team, communicate(yes, with a mic), and don't screw with me, then welcome aboard. I'm tired of randoms who suck.

I'm usually happy communicating with 15's and over.
For those who don't meet that requirement, well they'd better keep their mouths shut around me.
