 After The Arrival, and hearing about when ME3 would pick up, I figured the game would open up in a courtroom scene. This scene would be nothing but dialog, but would establish the previous events of the games for new players, and would give veteran players a chance to "explain" for their actions. Maybe this is just a case of high expectations, but was I the only one that wanted to see it. 

The beginning in the demo just seems so rushed, and I think it would make more sense for the trial to happen, which would also introduce Vega, and then have Shepard stripped of his rank. I know the demo is a final representation of the game, but I feel like what we saw in the demo is almost dead on, minus the scenes cutout for spoilers.
