ok i know that a couple of numbers are missing.

one of the missing lines is:
Why so serious - Batman returns
 cant remember the other missing line.
also some of the higher numbers are in the wrong order but you get the jist.

now does anyone else think that number 1 is a joke.... i mean for the time and all that jazz but well really it aint that strong a line.

does anyone else have suggestions/ remarks on this subject??????

Going by that list, the problem with movie and other quotes is that they seem to often not mean that much outside the context of the film.

You have absolutely no quotes from "The Princess Bride". Were I making a list, half of the quotes would be from that movie. I shall name the most famous here: "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
