Will this line up work on hard?
Me - Arcane Warrior/Bloodmage
Allistair - Templar/Champion
Wynne - Spirit Healer/Any
Leliana - Bard/Ranger
A good line up for Hard?

Don't see why not
my first playthrough was on hard and consisted of
Me - Mage Effectively No Spec (SH, SS w/o spec spells until just before final boss when I picked up group heal)
Alistair - Templar/Champion
Morrigan - SS/BM (took the basic heal spell and functioned as my 'healer')
Lelianna - Bard/Ranger

2 Mages makes things a little too easy in fact.

Yeah, that is a really strong group. I'm going with me (rogue archer ranger) / Leliana (bard archer) / Alistair (tank) / Wynne (heals and crowd control). I have to reload some fights a bunch but it's still pretty easy most of the time.

You have at least one tank and at least one mage. Everything after that is gravy.

I'm doing my first playthrough with Morrigan and Leliana - and swapping in a fourth based entirely on RP considerations - sometimes Alistair, sometimes Wynne, sometimes Shale (that's all so far) and I haven't found any encouter genuinely difficult since I left Ostagar.
