Get ready for the lolz

So I have a laptop and these are my specs:
Intel Pentium Dual Core @ 2.3 GHz
4Gb ram
Mobile Intel Series 4 express chipset family (Intel gma 4500mhd)

NOTE: The IGP has a minimum of 128mb dedicated and it usually goes up to about I'd say 190mb at times.

180GB HDD (about 80 gb of free space on it)

So yes, I get around 9 - 30 fps (tested with fraps) on 640 by 480 res with everything on low. The thing is though, only on the first half of the first level is that do I get the lag in which I only result in getting about 7-16 fps. I mean this is decent and all for an intel gma, but seeing as this game has the same system requirements as Mass Effect 2 (ran on all low with 640 by 480 res and got constantly over or equal to 20 fps). The graphical glitch I get is that when Shepard talks to the kid in the vent, Shepard is black for me.

So is this the first level that is making me have the fps issues or the demo itself?

gma 4500 is not supported by the game. Supported chipsets:

NVIDIA 7900 or better; ATI X1800 or better. Please note that NVIDIA GeForce 9300, 8500, 8400, and 8300 are below minimum system requirements, as are AMD/ATI Radeon HD3200, HD3300, and HD4350.

Personally, i wouldnt play this game on anything lower than nvidia 8800gt or ati 3850. Realistically, to have fun.

It is time to buy a new computer. Intel graphics are quite horrible on the best of days. This computer will never play ME3. I am astonished that you the framerate you did. I would expect nothing more than a CTD (Crash to Desktop).
