How about post some help that makes sense and actually walks you through it, I haven't found out how to do this since I bought ME2. Still haven't gotten my damn terminus armor even though it says I have it here. Plus I bought PC BF3 and don't have access to the multiplayer on 360. (Yeah I know console agnostic, don't try to sound smart EA you are full retards.)
So what's the damn URL to link my account and gamertag together?!
Link gamertag/EA account

By the way nice technical help, I finally get in and the session ends before anythign happens.
Why not just make the process a **** ton easier and give us an account linking tool on the website.

I am having the same issue. Even after chatting with ea's customer service last night. They are very friendly but I am not getting the support I need. I played 30 minutes of a EA demo as they directed. It did not automatically link my accounts. Nor did the cache refresh they prompted me to perform on my Xbox. While multiplayer is now unlocked for everyone I want the awards I was granted in the "recruitment" app and am concerned that i am going to continue to have issues when i actually get the retail copy of my game on 3/6.
Trick- both of those links take you to your origin account but there is no option to edit/add any "personas". As far as I can tell from reading other forums you used to be able to edit here but it was removed. Other forums indicate EA should be able to manually link them for you if you communicate with their care by verifying dob and other information but I was not ever able to get them to agree to do so yesterday.
