It works when I am offline but crashes when I am online

Look bud, im no doctor but I'm trying to fix this promblemb to the best of my ability, it may be awhile. Dont worry I wont give up on this game because I love it so much already. I'll keep you posted

This is a common problem. Look on the front page, I'm having it as well. It's something to do with connecting to Alliance Network.

I am having the exact same problem, and my specs are not even similar to yours:
Intel i5 3.2GHz
2GB RAM 1333MHz
Nvidia 9800GT 512MB
Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit)
I tried to:
reinstall Origin.
play with a different account
redownload the demo (3 times)
It started happening right when I got the early access pass.
It happeend to me with my early access account (my real account) and with the account of my brother (after the demo was released publicly).
It's so frustrating.
