 Does anyone know if Mass Efect 3 will be Region Free as the Collectors Edition is sold out across the UK and I was thinking about Pre-ordering from an American Store. Also will I have any problems with future DLC?

If I were to judge by ME1 and ME2, it will be region-free and you will have no problems with DLC.

Once again, though, don't quote me; just because this was the case with the previous games doesn't necessarily mean ME3 will follow suit, but one can only hope.

Depends on the game, but the majority of games are region-free so yes.

What if I pre-order from France or Germany? I think those versions are PAL but does anyone know if they will have the option to change the language to English?

Pre-ordering from France or Germany will get you a PAL version. Whether or not they will have the option to switch to English depends on the copy and if it's localized or not, which you should be able to know from the retailer you're buying it from.

I live in Japan and this issue is big problem for me too. EA JAPAN will release ME3 but not Collecter's Edition.So if we Japanese want this,we'll have to buy NTSC. Hope EA or BIOWARE announce the region is locked or not.....
