When I started playing the ME3 Demo my framerate was capped at 62 Hz.  I have a 120 Hz LCD.

Adding the following lines in the following file will raise the framerate cap:

My Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect3 Demo\\Config\\GamerSettings.ini

[SystemSettings]
....
UseVsync=True
bSmoothFrameRate=True
MinSmoothedFrameRate=22
MaxSmoothedFrameRate=122

There could be other tweaks that worked for ME2 that will work for the ME3 demo.
