I just purchased a brand new copy of Mass Effect 2 today for my PS3 from Gamestop and I entered the DLC code and then downloaded and installed Cerberus, but it is not showing up in the main screen options. I contaced EA support via life chat and after several minutes she told me to post about it in a forum after confirming my code was valid and my game was registered.
(I used to have it on XBOX with Cerberus but my XBOX360 broke so I had to rebuy it on PS3. I also preordered Mass Effect 3 for PS3 today. I am disappointed Mass Effect is not on PS3, but am buying it for my computer.)

so basicly they want us to do there work for them? lol thats rich. But your DLC will show up after you start the game. The interactive comic starts after the opening sequence wile the armor and extra characters and missions will appear after the initial game starts.
