Anyone else finding that powers wont arc to hit the targeted enemy or is it just me. It really screws me up in the salarian area when powers take about a year to cooldown when a power doesnt land

I've not noticed a problem arcing powers. Occasionally they'll hit a bit of wall or ceiling but thats more my fault for not aiming efficiently.

Powers arc less predictable now. Instead of actually "arcing" they fly forward, then do a sharp turn to the target. It helps with hitting enemies behind cover and farther away, but is hard to aim in close quarters.

It's also worth mentioning that some ennemies can avoid some biotics/tech attacks

Maybe its my version (hopefully) because I couldnt even pull a cerberus guy out of the floting transport at the start of the salarian combat. (I deliberately aimed slightly off centre to make it arc as opposed to a straight on shot)

I've noticed this, too. It's not that they DON'T arc, it's just a lot harder. Simply having a guys health bar highlighted is not enough anymore. I think this was an intentional gameplay decision, but I don't like it much. Maybe it just takes some getting used to, though.

After playing the hell out of MP yesterday and today, I can tell you power arcing is much better then ME2. You have to line it up a bit more straight on. The power will go out straight, then bank hard as it approaches the target, but once you play around with it for an extended time, I found that theres a lot more finesse in aiming powers, but you can do a lot more with the placement.
