Film grain was magical in Mass Effect 1 and 2, I really hope it returns in the full version...

I was in the shower today thinking about why the ME3 demo looked so odd.  The graphics just seem off for some reason.

Then it hit me like a lightning bolt, film grain.

Rather than make my own thread for the topic, I did a forum search.  And yes, there are other people who caught onto the lack of film grain too.

Like other people, I played both ME1 and ME2 with film grain on.

Has film grain gone the way of the dodo bird?  Is it a selectable option like the other ME games?

I honestly see so little difference one way or the other that i dont care much.

I don't live my life day in and day out, observing film grain, so why should I have to see it on my monitor?
I'm not watching a flippen movie.

i hated it happy to see it gone and replaced with shader based FSAA and about time too
to bad about the FoV

I got used to it from the first game and it made me feel like i was watching a movie in which I was the hero. That is the major reason why I didn't appreciate the demo at all, and didn't even finish it. Hope it is just a matter of an option to turn on or off.
Please put it back for our last mission.

They had to get rid of it to add Action Mode.
