My problem is, that I cant load a game or contuine my game because I cant log into the Cerberus network.


My password is rejected. When go for a new password / password forgotten. I get an link by eMail that only leads me to a site thats says: EA-Origin Accout inactive, please contact the Customer Service.

However its none of the questions answered there and I cant contact anybody without loggin in.

Unless you need to activate dlc, login is not required. So simply turn it off then play

So I have some DLC from steam and 2 codes but without the Cerebrus network operation, how can I activate it? If I click on Downloadable content, it points me to this site which I never used before for this.
