So there is like:

Anti-aliasing
Resolution

And 1 or 2 more things you can change.

But if i remember correctly. In the ME2 on PC you could change textures, models, enivornments and all that. From low to high.

But i guess the graphic settings have been reduced because it's a demo?

But then again, the demo should represent the full game and if your PC can run the demo then you can run the full game.

There are more options in the configuration tool, just as much as ME2.
