Biotic combos in the demo?

I wonder if there are new or different biotic combos in the demo? Warp explosion worked fine with singularity, and it also seemed that throw would trigger a "warp" explosion. But I did not really figure out any other combos which might there be. Any hints?

Shockwave also detonates a pull field or singularity. As a vanguard I've also detonated a warp field with a heavy melee. On the tech side frozen enemies can be exploded with an incinerate (though not all the time for some reason that I haven't figured out yet). You can also evolve concussive shot to optimise damage on frozen targets i.e. Shatter them. I'm sure there will be more

It seems that any biotic damage or force on a persistent biotic effect (Singularity, Pull, Warp, maybe the final upgrade of Shockwave) will trigger a Biotic Detonation.

Shockwave triggers detonations even at lower evolutions in my experience from the demo so far. My vanguard had just 3 points in shockwave and it definitely bombed liara's singularity.

Do we know what determines which stacks apply for biotic/combo detonations? I'm a bit confused by it.

If I put points into Rank 4 Detonate in Warp, what exactly does that affect? Does it increase the effectiveness of detonations *caused* by Warp (like using Warp on an enemy affected by a Singularity), effectiveness of detonations caused by using another biotic on an enemy affected by Warp (like using Shockwave on a Warped enemy), or both? In the Warp tree, it says "Increase force, damage, and impact radius of combo detonations by 50%", but I'm confused as to whether a combo detonation is different than a biotic detonation. I would pose a similar question regarding other biotic powers with similar upgrades.

I'm confused by this as well. Also, what is the base damage of biotic detonation? Is that based on the source or the trigger? I'm talking about the people hit by the explosion, not the target that causes the explosion.
