 I don't think it was, but I'd like to confirm. Seeing as Bioware have released a trailer showing off the cast I think we deserve to have our questions answered about who is voicing Mordin this time around. It's hardly a spoiler and they haven't responded to those questions so far, they've just been swept under the carpet!

Nope. The voice is noticeably off, though the VA makes a valiant effort.
