What's sad is that bioware did just the opposit. Bioware employeess made accounts on metacritic and gave Bioware games 10 scores, while giving other companies games 0. But i guess that's not a problem for you.

There's nothing wrong with reviewing your own games voluntarily. If companies pay people to do that, then yes, it's illegal.

If I were to make a game, I'd sure as hell rate it a 10. You wouldn't?

Just because one BW employee was caught doing it, it doesn't mean that others haven't been doing it since KOTOR.

And no, the account that rated DA2 a 10, was deleted, per EA's orders. That's still in the reports of that event. The account that rated DA2 a 10, TW2 a 0 and TOR a 10 is fake.

Hell, I actually saw someone pose as "EvilChrisPriestlyBW".

Because people will never be fully satisfied; you can't please everyone - I for one am stoked for the game, regardless of the few faults and disappointments I saw in the demo.

You like bad writing, bad animations, no weapon holstering, 2d sprites, bad textures on clothing, bad controls, and dumbed down gameplay?

You like betilating people who doesn't share your sentinement to ME3?

Yes. Because i wanted ME3 to be better than ME1. A lot better than ME2. But thanks to people like TLK Spires who go "YAY AWESOME" even though there are major flaws it's not going to happen.

P.S.: Skyrim is an overhyped run-of-the-mill average game. Play Morrowind or Daggerfall if you want a game where they still knew what they were doing.

Where did i say i liked Skyrim? I don't. Just saying that overal those user scores are pretty spot on. I'd give Skyrim an 8, even though it's not my type of game.

Neither do I. But you brought it up as a supposed sample of an accurate Metacritic User Score.

I would have rated it at a 6 at the most.

What are you even doing right now? You tried to tell us that TOR was a financial failure...you have no way to back that up.

Not to mention that you claim you can create a game from 500 Million that will have 10+ Million subscribers in the first month. I mean...how much more detached from reality can you get?

Let me convert that to its basic form:

a) Yes, I B) like belittling people, c) because they share a different opinion than I do, and like different things than I do.

I know enough NOT to give you that money.

But that's beside the point.

Fact of the matter is, you are claiming superior taste AND a clearer picture of what games NEED to be.

In other words, you are postulating that your opinion is worth a lot more than the opinion of those people who disagree with you.

Is there problems with SWTOR? Is there problems with DA2? Is there problems with ME2? , all the answers to those questions are YES there is problems with all these games.
Until people realize that Certain problems can be fixed and should have been fixed, thats when game companies improve and gives us a New and Improved IP.

Should all problems ben avoidable and fixable, I dont' think so, there are problems that is just unforseen, and couldn't have been fixed until its actually been released and played by millions of gamers.

But we should be voicing our concerns, and we should do it loudly so that we can be heard.
Are there forum posts that is just stupid and shouldn't have been made, sure there are thousands, but in those tens of thousands of posts, there are real concerns, and real critiques that should be listened to and improved upon.

It doesn't make sense to hate something that didn't come out yet, like giving a score to a game when it hasn't come out yet.

You think Mass Effect 3 has 'bad writing'? I think you should take a look at Mass Effect 1 and 2 again, then tell me the difference between them and this new outing.
After that, read Mass Effect: Deception (or at least an extract) and tell me that Mass Effect 3 is of a similar quality.

The game may not be to your tastes, but it takes a lot for writing to be truly 'bad'. The stuff I've seen over the years... Mass Effect 3 is like gold in comparison.

If you want to play a back game play WWE 12, they really drop the ball on that game. It kept freezing up, and the road to wrestlemania was bad, and the control should have been left alone.

The problem is that tens of thousands pointless post turn into white noise and eventually   the  valid  concerns  can't be heard or the  people become tone  deaf and just shut it  out all of it.

Hmmmm....somehow this dance seems familiar. I seem to remember people on this very forum voicing the very same complaints/concerns about ME2 before its launch, then ME2 blew our f***ing minds. I''m not saying ME3 will do the same, just that i'll reserve judgement until the final product comes out. I, for one, saw everything in the demo I needed to see to confirm that my pre-order was the right choice. Can't wait till March 6.

Same thing happenned with TOR, somehow, even if it was generally perceived very well by almost everyone. Not to mention that TOR is a completely different genre than the DA franchise.

It was generally percieved very well by almost every PAID "journalist". It was not generally percieved very well by the people who bought it.

Ahh, the good old "If it's a good review, it's paid, if it's a bad review, it is just honest." routine.

Such predictability.

The pressure from the big publishers it's been many times admitted by reviewers. Bad reviews imply getting kicked out of the circuit of exhibitions/betas/private demos/copies to review/reviews before release/etc...

You do realize that conspiracy theories that are true despite the evidence (in the sense of "if the evidence says its true, then its true, if the evidence says its false, then the evidence is bad), are laughable in rational conversations, right?

Just play the demo for two minutes and it all becomes clear. The game isn't Mass Effect. I'm sorry, it's a parallel universe like Smash Bros. where the AI was imported from various bad games. Somewhere they got the Blizzard infection too and believe profits will improve if they make things for ever more stupid people. Anyway, the game has a lot of hype behind it. All it needed to do was carry on forward with what it had. Instead it was transformed to suit the many. It wasn't that game. Now it is but that made it a very different game. It's not Mass Effect.
