Why is there so much hate for mass effect 3?

I mean, its perfectly reasonable for Bioware to try cater for wider audience, add options like RPG - ON/OFF etc. but it doesnt mean that everyone would be happy about it nor be silent about it ... after all they are paying customers and they have been given option to voice their concerns ...

Additionally, as far as I'm concerned, ME1-3 are ONE game. Not 3 separate ones. One protagonist, one game engine, one universe, one story line. Same with Baldur's Gate for me really, and this game, to me, is just Baldur's Gate in space.

For a more positive note, the ME3 demo tickled me silly. I like it a lot. The game was ALWAYS supposed to be a cinematic action game with the RPG elements trimmed down primarily to decision making, and not looting boxes and arranging inventory. They seem to have hit their stride truly with ME3.

What's funny is that some time ago there was a thread with 300+ pages discussing how an awesome RPG ME1/2/3 is.

Yes, like decent running animations andgooddecent writing. We shouldn't expect that much and just accept mediocrity because Guanxii said so.
If having 40,000+ lines of dialogue and a deep role playing experience AND great combat means we have to sacrifice a few things budgetarily like animination and using old tech much like Bethesda do then so be it.
If I want to be wowed by cutting-edge animations I'll slip on somthing with a little yellow square on the box art.

People who dislike Mass Effect 3 should stop coming to the forum. I hate it how they ruin everyone else's fun. Doubly so for those who even dare to criticize BioWare, because their fun-ruining isn't limited to only one game.

I would just like to say. Final Fantasy 13 2, added dialogue options and multiple endings along with many different places to explore and discover, and they're animations are beautiful. All that content, and they didn't need to cheat fans out of the realistic LOOK of the game, I can't immerse myself in a world if people walk like they were made from sticks and gears.

Some people subscribe to the it was an early build it will all magically be fixed on March 6th, and some people subscribe to, if it's bad now, aside from some minor changes it won't be much better on March 6th.

I am really sorry but then you should just stop playing.
I rarely made a false action due to the controlls. Its just how good you can sweep into them.
About the story.
What do you really expected the trial should have been?
It was obvious that they wanted to silence you because of the reaper and not because you killed Batarians.
But in ME3 the Reapers went in and BAM there is no time to consider about such a trivial things like a trial.
I for one can't wait for ME3 and think it will be a great game story and gameplaywise.

Some people are concerned at what they saw in the demo, some people overreact. That's all and it's pretty much the same that we had when ME2 came out.

im pretty sure bioware have confirmed that those minor things will be in the game

Don't worry, both major and minor choices result in a line or two of dialogue changing.

If you don't like this, it's because you don't want to evolve with the new gaming era. Obviously.
