Honestly i don't know what the OP is so upset about it seems like another hissy fit based on a sense of nostalgia making them view old games with rose colored spectacles.
And honestly if people want to cancel their preorders then go ahead you are entitled. It's your money but why do some people feel the need to come on here and tell everyone? Nobody cares what games you preordered and honestly i think if you actually were going to do it you just would instead of saying it on here. A lot of the complainers end up buying the game anyway.
If you think nobody cares about what I think, what makes you think someone thinks differently about you?
Well you must care since you cared enough to quote me and reply. So that makes me think somebody cares about me. Honestly i am flattered when can i expect my card and flowers?

They already tells the player that "This is a future mission" during the loading screen.Cortyman wrote...
The thing I didn't like about the demo was the format - I don't like doing the escape from Earth thing, and then playing a future mission way further into the story. It kind of wrecks the story narrative for you because you think 'Well what the hell is going on! What happened!' It was like Dragon Age 2 with their demo format. Bioware should re-think how they do their demos.

That may be true to a certain extent but when toy factor in the Multiplayer is what most COD and BF3 fans care about, the game isn't going to change much. the Campaigns are all but nonexistant in the latest version of those games which sucks, because I love a good shooter campaign. I just don't cry about it on the forums like I'm entitled to something.

What bugs me is the constant patronizing tone which these characters speak, all in their high horses teaching us that if we like the current state of affairs then we are either blind, in denial, stupid, COD fans (i still fail to get this one), bad "recent" fans who are substituting the "real good" fans of past golden bioware times, etc etc.
An advice for all the pessimists: you are perfectly entitled to your pessimism, try not behaving like complete ass holes all the friggin time. That includes NOT JUDGING YOUR AUDIENCE. You don't know me nor my reasons for liking the series. So stop calling me "deluded" or saying that I am rationalizing the bad parts because "i want to believe". Stop assuming that your audience is dumber than you are and then perhaps BSN will restore itself to a saner state, at least like it was a month ago or something.
