I don't know if it's possible to implement this within MP, but with BF it is possible to tag enemies so your team can see them for a time. This would be really handy with fast moving targets like the nemesis and... that other quick'n'agile killer, also turrets. So not unlike the last enemy at the end of the round, or the HVT, just player initiated.

Yeah I ran around the corner into a building in my last game...straight into a Phantom. Motherfffffffffffffffffffaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark.

hmm... this could work nice. for example every player would be able to mark max 1 target of his own. using Q or E key (just like telling companions from single to go there do that). but lets extend that: Marking place on the ground could be also usefull, for example to make retreat points.
But on the other hand the mark should last max 5-10 seconds and disappear when Phantom becomes cloaked.

Well stiff luck then consoles, but that doesn't mean the idea should be shelved for the PC.

So you want them to spend money and development time for the least performing platform sales wise then have hordes of console gamers demand the same thing and throw giant fits when they cant get it? yep.... that's going to happen

If it's not spammable it might be useful.

check out blacklight retribution, syndicate has wallhack feature(skill)
If it's evenly balanced, and well implemented along with other weapon, skills, would be interesting skill.

Gears of War 3 has it. Push stick button, character yells out "TARGET MY MARK!" and the enemy stays marked for a few seconds. Why they forgot about such an important feature is beyond me. Focusing fire is an important part of teamplay / taking out key targets. o_o

Agreed, teamwork is key to really successful runs. And when you can't always be screaming into a mic a non-verbal option would be helpful.

Make the whole controller freely mappable so the useless function on the stick button goes to [select] ?

Would also fix the issue of having class powers on the Y button. With a stasis spamming Asari adept, keeping the camera under control and moving would probably require a third hand. Or kinect. STASISSTASISSTASISSTA- ....

I think my dear darling would lynch me if kinect was MP enabled. :innocent:
