1. Tweets about s/s romances are in s/s thread, and there wasn't one that said "no s/s with Ash & Kaidan". If there was, it would be all over the place
2. Ahh ok, spoilers were indecivice though. Chobot confirmed herself that her character is bi, Vega's up in the air though

Bioware didn't talk about any S/s romance, we know about some thanks to the leaked script but that's it. Nothing has been confirmed.

1st: At least for Ash I heard the line "it doesn't fit to her character". Also the "spoilers" don't give away any hints.

Lets say I gave up on S/S Ash. It won't happen.

Whaat? Ouch that will hurt my f!Shepard too much. Also flirting with Kelly is awesome. Her mouth do wonders....

You can continue Kelly and Liara. (Liara IS a s/s romance, I don't care what people say about her being "monogendered.") New s/s romances are Steve and Sam. I'm not convinced at all about Vega (there's a line where as maleshep you can say, "You can call me whatever you want, as long as you remember who's in charge." where as femshep she says "You're cute so I'll let that slide," which to me implies o/s only.) Chobot has said that she believes you can romance her character as either gender, but she wasn't sure if they kept it in or not.  Since you can start a new romance with Kaidan or Ash, you probably can start one as either gender. Maybe.

The actual script does not clearly distinguish between which gender Shepard says what.

The popular livejournal compilation of dialog is arranged by supposition at best.
