No you failed to realize mine, you want the same quality game, you think you're getting short changed. The example you brought up had no notable difference, you are not getting short changed because the 360 version isn't getting anything extra like so many other PS3 titles.Ohei wrote...

omg the PS3 possibly gets short changed one time and of course someone has to bring it up, Mafia II, Assassin's Creed, Dead Space, BioShock, Battlefield 3, the PS3 version of ME2 all got free extra content that the 360 version of those games lacked. We all payed $60 for the games but for whatever reason PS3 owners get extra dlc free that 360 owners either have to pay separately for or never get. The comparison you brought up is nothing, the graphical differences are unnoticeable it's not like the 360 version is getting free dlc like PS3 versions of games so often get.
You missed the point. Entirely.

You're kidding, right? There is exclusive content for the Xbox version not featured for the PS3 in ME3. It's not the other way around. I don't give a flying elcor about such exclusive content, though, but at least bother to get your facts straight.
Besides, this truly is not about exclusive content, or early Xbox demo access, or anything of the sort. This is about the framerate the PS3 version of the game is presenting.
If you hold a grudge against Sony, take it somewhere else. We really don't feel like hearing it. Thanks.

What you mean kinect? I'm not talking about kinect I'm talking about dlc, extra characters or missions. ME3 on 360 has no significant extra dlc that the PS3 version isn't getting unless you count the chakram launcher and extra armor to be significant. As for the framerate, why would the framerate be any worse on the PS3 when ME2 on PS3 was already running on the ME3 engine?Ohei wrote...

You're assumption is beyond idiotic, at what point once have I ever brought up a damn thing about Sony? Really can you lend me your super intrinsic analytical prowess so I can see where I ever once brought up Sony? The only thing I ever said was PS3 games get free dlc that 360 versions don't get, never once did I say this was Sony's fault or anything about Sony. If you're gonna try to end your post with some snide little remark at least say something of value not some arbitrary crap assumption you pulled out of nowhere.

PS3 owners never ASK for that "DLC". What the OP is trying to say is, if he's to buy that game, he wants a good solid answer that the actual game will be up to scratch.N7Raider wrote...

Honestly, it's capitalism plain and simple. It saves money to cut certain corners, and porting is usually a big one. You can buy the content or not. Whining in these forums isn't going to change the way the machine works. I totally understand why people are annoyed by the fact that we are not experiencing the best version of ME possible at this point in time given the technology realistically available, however that's just the way it is. Now, do you play the conclusion or do you spend your money on something else?

I never said I am not going to buy the game. I love ME. That is why I am not giving up on it.
It's not a thing of, ''Don't like how it was ported, don't buy it.''
I love this franchise. It's available in a console that I own. Why can't I experience it without the framerate lagging everytime I try to shoot a husk?
All I was looking for here is word from a dev because they seem to be avoiding the matter, even through PMs. I've been saying this repeatedly, in the name of others as well, we just wanted a little reassurance.
It's a demo port. Final retail version will perform better.
If that's the case, we really want someone from BW to take a stand and tell us so.
That's all.

While I recognize that, do you think they're going to publicly say "we wanted to resolve those issues before launch but EA said screw it, you need to stick to the March 6th deadline and do whatever you can with patching once it's out"?

If it's the truth, yes, at least I'd like them to. Bad marketing move, but if they are true to their word, they will patch it soon enough.
I want to know if my 120 bucks will give me at least a framerate like the one ME2 had. It wasn't really that great at all, but it didn't break the immersion.

You missed the point. Entirely. You know what tell me this, at what point did I ever even suggest this? At what point did I ever say "but they only get it cause PS3 owners ask for it"? Oh that's right I never said that! In what world does this have any relevance to what I said, the PS3 versions still get free extra content, simple as that. Whether PS3 owners ask for it or not is BEYOND irrelevant.
You said XB360 users had to pay 60 for extra content which you didnt get free, would it have made you happier if we didn't get it? What I'm saying is, PS3 users of ME2 didn't moan to the devs saying OMG I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN ME1 GIVE ME SOMETHING WHICH WILL EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED IN PRETTY PICTURES PLEAAAAAASE (as far as I'm aware). Truth be told, I'm sure anyone with a half decent brain and listens to what the characters are saying, can get the general gist of what happened in ME1.
