So I got home last night and I still couldn't find a way to get my dlc to work without an internet connection. Then I found the addins.xml file in the my documents section and looked through that. There were AuthorizationRequired flags that were set to 1 (for true) so I switched them all to 0.
My dlc now works fine when I'm offline, as it doesn't say Unauthorized anymore. My question to EA/Bioware/anyone is regarding what puts someone on their hacker list... Would changing this xml file put me on that next time I manage to get my pc online? Or is this fine?
If its fine, then this would solve others' problems with dlc as well.

That fix doesnt solve the problem, but makes the dlc meny display it as authorized when it really isnt that for the game. So you wont get the quests for the dlc
