The problem is not rage quitting per se, but a quitter or griefer will put your team at a disadvantage esp on silver or gold
keep what you've earned if you get dropped

Like I said, you should keep the XP for what you kill. That way no one can complain that you didn't earn it. Credits and extra XP for waves completed and the rest should not stick as those are more team oriented.

I honestly think the current way promotes griefing by having players intentionally and constantly killing themselves or not helping teammates who are down - I've never done it but the idea came to mind if I'm playing with incredibly incompetent after six waves.
I think you should get exp per kill and a reduced amount of credits (but not to the point of irrelevence) if you have to quit mid-game. It's really not fair for people who need to get up and do something instead of sitting for a good 20+ minutes.

I agree. I don't always have time for an entire round, or at least i think i do then it runs into 25/30mins.

The problem is that people might leave midgame. If they need to stay till the end to keep the goods, they will have no choice but to play it til the end. But yeah, with disconnects, that sucks major balls.
