Hi everyone,

We wanted to make you aware of something that could impact your experience if you are just getting started: sometimes when people are matched up via Quick Match, the challenge level will be set to Silver, rather than Bronze. If you are just getting started, this could prove to be a very difficult (and likely frustrating!) experience. Therefore, we recommend that when you are starting a quick match you check the difficulty level (top of the screen): Silver and Gold are considerably harder than Bronze and not designed for starting characters.

Even on Bronze difficultly, I'm still something like 4-13 when it comes to winning. I've never been able to get past wave 2 on silver even with four players.

Not that this is a bad thing, it's nice to have challenging co-op.

Thanks, I made it to wave 4 with some other low level folk on silver I think our max level was 5, it was tougher, but I didnt mind!

I got to wave 8 on silver, wave 2 on gold, and finished Bronze once.

Only level 7....god damn this is challenging.

Silver isnt to bad if you have a good 4 man team, but those damn ghosts allways stops us at the last waves, I think 10 is my record on silver.

This happened to me once, thanfully I had a well level up Soldier. We played on Silver Difficulty and my squad didn't do too well. Got up to wave 9 though. We had 1 soldier and 3 Adepts.

The diificulty a lot tougher than it should be, especially for quick match. Very unbalanced and therefore barely appealing. Dear BW, you should have learned from the Battlefield developing team more than just new cool sounds.

The way an Asari adept handles a phantom is ridiculous lol. Stasis, >game set. I've beaten silver before with some good people, it nets you around 30K+ if you complete it.

just got to the point last night where bronze is starting to become less of a challenge; still though, have only been able to get to wave 8 on silver, highest i've gone on gold is wave 5...

First night with the MP and we (3 of my friends) beat Silver twice and Bronze once. I went from a lvl 2 vanguard to a lvl 6. And then a lvl 6 to a 9. A little challenging at first because I felt like a piece of toilet paper over a flame but after pumping Fitness and Charge it got a whole lot more fun.

Out of curiosity.. anyone else try and solo bronze?

It's a good challenge, very much doable depending on objectives (a hack/download objective will probably get you.)

The only objective that gets me are the ones that force me to take out the key targets (I play Vanguard).  Aside from that, the objectives are easy to get since you move faster than most of the enemys.

It's really handy to get the hang of playing solo if you do quick matches, especially on Xbox Live.  Ever since yesterday, there seems to be a chronic issue of people purposefully quitting right before it transitions to the loading screen for the map.  Then everyone else quits because they don't want to play with a short-changed team and you are by yourself.

Highest wave I've reached alone on bronze as a Vanguard is 5 though, and that was my mistake of concentrating on trying to kill a particular engineer for an objective when I charged right next to his turret

Just made it past 8 waves on Silver and over 100k xp. Very worth it I have to say and also bronze just seems far to easy after a few hours on Silver mode.

I LOVE the difficulty. Currently I've been able to 2 man Silver, hopefully I can 1-man it eventually. Gold is just insanity xD I'd need an army... Or a really good team.

Yes, it happened that i was thrown into lobby with 3 L4 people
Luckily I was 17, leader, and changed level from silver to BRONZE.
I wouldn't have noticed it unless reading the note here, so thanks.
