Does anyone know if the multiplayer section of the game is going to be unlocked like the demo, on certain hour or for every country as soon as it gets the 17th ?

Not sure of that; haven't heard anyone talking about the public release tomorrow. We're all to busy already playing it. It should unlock in the Origin demo download at a given hour, but I can't find any mention of what time that will be.
