When I try to find a game with the quick search option, it will try to search, and then fail.
Its message is: "Your connection to the game has been lost"

I was able to play earlier, and even have a level 7 soldier.
I want to play more multiplayer.
How do I fix this?

EDIT:

Also, I can play by myself if I host a private game.

Wait for the servers to come back up?

It's quite possible they are down for fixes or maintenance after all.

Still could be on their end.  I'd expect them to do plenty of maintenance and work on the servers well before the rush of the launch day crowd hits.  They are still working out bugs in the code I'm sure.

Also, if it was working fine, and you didn't change anything on your end, logic suggests its on their end.

Actually, I just thought of something too.  Tomorrow is MP access for everyone who didn't do the early access MP, so it would make sense they'd do maintenance today for the additional influx of players.

It's still just a guess, but it makes sense (to my brain anyway).

Thanks for the offer, but I'm the rare person who doesn't make use of FB (no RL friends to speak of).

And its probably something to do with your computer. Try the firewall? If its a shared computer, someone might have changed something.

I'm having the same problem. Haven't been able to search for games since last night. The loading screen times out after about a minute or two....

Same here, the only time I've had a similar problem was with BF2BC2. It seems EA attracts this sort of problem.

I just ran into a similar problem, I open the demo and it says it cannot connect to EA servers. This actually started in the middle of a game a few hours ago. I was disconnected and the message popped up, I've tried to access since and encountered the same issue.

It's on EA's end. Demo worked fine for me until they unlocked it for the rest of the masses. EA needs to put dedicated servers for this game like Valve does for Left4Dead.

I've found out I can connect to a friend on the -same- router, but I can't do anything externally. And its nothing to do with firewalls or opening ports because that's all been done.

EDIT: Maybe 1 in 50 tries I get into a lobby, with only 1 person and no one else joins.

sry guyz but it seems u getting wrong idea EA not host the server's for ME3 at all coz this a co-op multiplay the game host on the client machine(the leader in u'r squad list) EA server's only redirect/connect u to the any available host worldwide(if there is any slot is empty).

as far about the problem try host agame on u'r own or wait lil bit then try again. i got the same problem many time playing the demo. if u still can't connect try to restart u'r game or computer(with modem)
or wait for the realease . hope this will help u somehow

I been playing the demo a ton since the MP was released with now (major) issues. Now I have the same exact thing as the OP. Did you ever resolve it?

I just click on quickmatch and error, then crash to desktop. No settings have changed on my end. was just a few hours between working and not playtimes.

yeah it happens when i click create as well. I dont think the servers are down on a sunday afternoon, right? I think i'm prob out of luck till launch now.
