Also, you shouldn't worry about it, it's a demo based off of an early build of the game.

That being said, DF is one of the better parts of Eurogamer, thankfully, and as such I will remind you that this exact same thing happened with the PS3 demo of ME2 .... which you'll all nod and agree fervently about.... http://www.eurogamer...2-demo-analysis
AND
they also revisited it after the game was launched and found the majority of issues they complained about in-demo to have been fixed.... which you'll all probably mutter and murmur about...
http://www.eurogamer...3-demo-vs-final
http://www.eurogamer...ffect2-face-off
Although as the last two links could possibly begin to restore some hope that this game won't be as bad as you're trying to make out it will be, I doubt it will on account as that will take you far away from the cutting jibes and mindless arguing that you clearly care so much about.
Part of the issue is a lack of info on the demo certification and release process for Microsoft and Sony - how long does a demo have to be before Microsoft/Sony for review prior to going on XBL/PSN? If issues are raised can they be fixed incrementally during the review process with bugfixes provided during the process, rather than aborting it?
There are a myriad of things at play here, and whilst Occam's Razor might hold true for most things, automatically crying fouls and thinking the simplest explanation is that BW hates the PS3/doesn't know what they're doing, WITHOUT having the full facts of the matter at hand is an amateurish one.

Got to love Eurogamer, they never post anything that courts controversy and never perpetuate any kind of issue just to get more hits.....

Digital Foundry is awesome. The guys are not biased they are proffessionals and they want to help people make the right choice and at the same time make companies aware of inexcusable differences between versions. Like they did with Skyrim.
They are not like Lens of Truth who are mostly a bunch of immature fanboys trying to see who has the longest ... you know what... lol
I hope Bioware takes this seriously and make the game trully play like the 360 version. Like they originally promised.

And Digital Foundry is the only reason I give Eurogamer any form of credence any more, recently it's becoming more about being controversial and winding people up, so that they give 'Developer Responds to Eurogamer' type responses that they can get even more hits with.... then again that might be me being rather cynical

Guys, seriously, you think I hate Bioware? I LOVE Mass Effect, thats why I am so passionate about this issue right here. I have been waiting for the conclusion of this saga for so long now and I just dont want to exprience it with 15 frames per second...

As far as Multiplayer goes I havent tried it and I wont even try it cause I dont care about the multiplayer portion of the game. I would have zero issues if the multiplayer performed at 15 frames constantly, if the single player was at 30 frames like the 360.

i agree i didnt preorder mass effect 3 for the multiplayer, i want a brilliant and enganging conclusion to shephards story which i believe bioware will deliver. but after reading digital foundry verdict and others it just makes the issue more substanstial. i wish i had the faith of other saying the issue will be resolved but as consumers shouldnt we base our verdict on facts, whats here and now. Isnt that the point of a demo a representation of the end product. If you dont like the taster you dont then buy the full course. At the end of the day bioware are expecting money for their product nothing else, it would of been easier if bioware just calmed everyone fears with a straight forward answer, thats all we asking for.

it would be naive to think that bioware hasn't noticed this during development. i think they simply don't care
They probably don't want to touch the subject until they have people money lol. If there was no frame rate issue, by this time they would have told us everything is fine and not to worry. But they haven't....I'm guessing the frame rate is going to stay at an average 22-24 fps...I don't usually jump in these convos but it sucks that PS3 has no love with its crappy ports. I'm still not going back to playing it on 360 though. MS can so f*$# themselves....
