High-res textures included in ME3 (can we get a dev to confirm this?)

*sigh* Still no confirmation by a Dev.
It's still early Friday morning, but honestly, I don't expect them to say anything. As others have noted the same was said of ME2, that it contained 'high resolution textures', and clearly it did not. Given the source, and lack of any confirmation of texture quality relative to the demo, I take this itself as a fairly good indicator that the full build does not feature supposed 'high resolution textures' at all, and that it was just a typical PR response.

Why? So Bioware can release his awesome work as DLC later? Oh no I did NOT just go there lololololololololol. I can see it now. "Here's some high res textures BSN member JeanLuc761 took his precious time to make so separated them into four packs and will release them via seasons. We will charge you $3 per pack. Enjoy!" C'mon...you see where I'm coming from right?Darc_Requiem wrote...
Maybe Bioware needs to put JeanLuc761 on payroll....
$3 a pack, as if the price would be that low. You know they'd go for 560 points a pack.

These days I am satisfied as longs the game looks good, and (more importantly) plays well - gameplay and storyline are far more important to me (especially with Bioware games). I though the demo (on PS3) looked just fine, and I am really looking forward to the final version. If it is improved, that's awesome. If not, I will still love ME3, and I'm sure they would patch it anyways.

I remember back when I had a gaming PC and used to worry about silly little problems like the resolution of the textures...

You know what I used to love about PC gaming? When new games came out that just BLEW YOU THE **** AWAY with how much more advanced they were than previous games.
I hate games today being limited by 7 year old console hardware that was 2 years old when it was first released

Great fun, but dear lord their graphics department is lazy. I would have fired them years ago. There is no shortage of graphic developers out there.
