Yeah. Just a standard AM2+/AM3. Doesn't matter which, it will go fine with that vidcard. Just make sure your power supply can handle it.

Yeah, not enough. Buy a new one (Antec or Corsair 450+W), or get a 4670 or low-power (550mhz, NOT 600mhz) 9800GT instead.

Ouch.... I don't think your PSU can handle that card, you will need to update to probably a 550+ watts, 475 watts at the minimum.

That looks like it should be fine. However you might want to try Newegg.com

I've never used tigerdirect but i've heard newegg is more reliable.

ATi cards, the older ones anyway tend to be power chewers. As a matter of fact, on that very page you linked it recommends 450W power supply.
