As the title says, could we have a little more maths?

The math-post in this forum is already nice, but could we please have the coldown-bonus/malus-formula for the loadout?

Would be nice to know what impact there is on the cooldowns if we carry 25%/50%/100% of the weight our Shepard can carry.

I would be grateful.

PS.:If you could throw in some infos on squad-point gain per level, that would be awesome.
