i dont know if its a demo problem or also known for the full game, but the multiplayer mode definitly needs a reconnect-system!
i kinda pissinn off when u work hard over 30min to accomplish the mission and in wave 10 or even while the 2min of gathering in the landingzone u got a disconnect and after reconnect to multiplayer menu u find urself in the lobby without any of the money u just earned 1min ago and no chance to get back to ur group...

So far as I can tell, you're able to re-join a game after you've been removed if a friend from inside the game invites you.
