As the title suggests, when I made my purchase of the veteran pack, there popped up a message saying one or more of my purchases could nto be processed, and to check on the bioware site if the problem persisted.
So.. here I am, 20000 credits lighter and no items int he inventory.
Bad luck, cry more?
Or is there a fix or some such?
Whatever, I can just play a few more rounds, but if it is happening a lot, itd be nice to know.

I have yet to have that happen but all I can say to both of you..I am very sorry. If you can try to do a silver match to get the credits back faster.

You don't lose your credits, when you get that message (don't know about BW points tho). Every time I get it I restart the game and have new weapons, class, appearance etc, just can't see what it is right away

Tried to buy 3 spectre packs, 180.000 creds gone.....nothing new in my inventory, no weapon ranks, nothing. Only thing I got was a big f*ck you from Bioware saying 'play more to get your credits back'

It's a random bug. I always buy a recruit pack first now to make sure it works before buying anything else to prevent it from stealing my cash.

Most recent issue has to do with victory pack (exorcist ) I can't purchase anything let alone play mp. At least my credits are reimbursed This is on Xbox.

Sorry but that's totally random. I bought 3 spectre packs in a raw, no problems with the first 2 packs, the last one prompted the bug.
I don't know if they actually give you item without showing them, but I think they don't..
I wish a dev might enlighten us about this

I've lost a collective 1.2 million credits because of this bug, and some BioWare points on account of spare points I won't be using

I've experienced the bug, but I've never lost credits. Usually, you just have to restart the game and check the various screens (character, weapons, equipment) to see what you bought.
Whenever I see the message, I don't see a reduction in my credits nor any new items until I restart.

I have had a similar problem. Purchases will hang, indefinitely. I will have to manually shut down ME3, reboot, then the next time I log into MP, I get my stuff. It's pretty annoying.

the store sucks period, random my arse, I had 800 bioware points left and every single pack had cryo rounds IV, I ask you. I agree to the same thing happened to me Please Wait, 5 minutes later Please Wait, in the end you have to either Ctrl Del or disconnect your internet, hang is not the word, it's a joke, customer support is a joke, they always come back with it's your PC blah blah, oh right as if, 99.9% of Bio users have issues with the store, so is all their PC/XBox/PS3 faulty, my backside.
