I know someone on the forums has done it, but I can't find out how.  I seem to be able to use more human skin-tones on the existing qunari, but not the other features.

Help?

www.greymeister.net/

and lemme know when someone finally figures a way to move the human hair models up to qunari height so we have more than just lame dreads for hair.

You can't just raise the height of the human hair. The scalp meshes are completely different sizes. You'd have to scale them as well. To get them to actually work in game, you also need to export all the bones (why they have bones in a static mesh I don't know - they should have just made them a child of the head so they'd inherit all movement).

Yeah, its a shame we have to settle for buzz cuts or <sigh> corn rows. But it's cool to have a big monster human in the party.

I am guessing that this would only work for males?

I missed this post and found the original link doing a google search. It's really cool by the way and works better than I have expected (cutscenes adapt to the size of the character even if you often see your giant character's shoulders).

I don't think there are female Qunari files in the game (at least I didn't find any).

EDIT: You can apply the same principle to make a character that looks like a child (the savegame appearance value is 38).

It doesn't work!! The greymeister link doesn't take me anywhere useful, it gives me no information!
