Did I hear them mention a Sol Relay? Isn't it the Charon Relay?

Same thing. Either that or Sol Relay refers to the Charon Relay's opposite end.

Also, why did you post this in the gameplay forum? Probably more suited to the general discussion.

I believe Sol Relay is the one leading into the solar system.

Either would be accepted. Charon is it's exact location, Sol refers to it's system location. After all most relays are named after their system not by their exact location. So logically calling it the Sol relay is, more, correct.
