 As the topic title states I do fine until I hit escape or hit the end of the level.   It'll freeze, then a black screen will appear with the 'Mass Effect 3 has stopped working'.   Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah annoying got it also then when i reboot i get no xp or credit for the mission even though i complete it
