They email it to you some time after it ships.. Their disclaimer says "up until the 8th" so pretty much any time between now and release day.

Can't wait to get it myself, as I ordered one of the collector's editions. I didn't know there was collector rifle bonus with it though. Care to point me at where you read about this?
