Only three races I could see fitting into the Multiplayer; Batarian, Geth, and Vorcha.

Apart from that, none of these races have shown Biotic Capabilities.

If the Biotic God makes it, only one person can play as him otherwise the enemy just forfeits before you start.

There were Batarian biotics in BDTS.

Maybe they could use the Geth juggernaut or Geth hunter models so it stands out more.

A Male Quarian Soldier would do for me, hell, I'd even stretch to an infiltrator or engineer for a male quarian, probably do me some good, I need to branch out from my soldier.

I was talking about new races, not genders.  Yeah, they would obviously make sense.  Any other options though aside from male Quarians and Geth (even they might be a little bit of a stretch) would just be too gimmicky/not serious though in all likelihood.

Geth and Batarians are given id guess. Other races could be Vorcha and Raloi, or something completely new that is in dlc.

I bet the first DLC will include the class/race combos that are mysteriously absent from the current setup .. like Turian infiltrator and Krogan Vanguard.

I wish that you could just choose an race for each class and with a sex option under appearance for that race. It would make more sense too.

I really don't know why Drell aren't under Infiltrator, it really doesn't make sense for a Quarian infiltrator.
