where can i find the user created content that is already done and that i can download, this may be a stupid question for all you pro's.. but i've not found any and i'm wondering

It's in the projects area. Click on the Projects tab at the top of the page.

Er... that will help you find some, but many of those are projects in progress or announcements. For released and completed mods, I highly suggest www.dragonagenexus.com.

Just be aware that the mods out now tend to be small changes or cosmetic - though many of them are quite creative and useful. The full-scale adventures will take a while longer to create.
