I pre-ordered the PS3 Mass Effect 3 collector's edition, but i plan to get the PC version of ME3. Will I be able to use all the DLCs which come with the CE on the PC version?

Actually, correction. Console unlocks seem to be shared, but PC is a seperate animal. Can't say they'll keep to that in ME3, but that's how they did the others.
Correcting myself again. It looks like the things in my profile that led me to think PS3/360 unlocks were shared were special promotional things that weren't platform specific. So, backing up on that:
Looks like each platform has exclusive unlocks.
