I'm wondering BioWare can we have a filter in the Full Game like if your a High Rank you would like to play with others that meets your rank, around? I'm level 52 right now. I haven't seen many other Higher ranks or around. I been playing for fun lately. In the Full Game can we have filters or whatever you call it? That be good it's like a Veteran playing with a Nooby the way I see it right now.
Wait...yesterday you wanted them to dumb it down so you can play co-op solo, now you want them to add a filter so you can find people with a similar rank?

It's gotten to the point where if their N7 level is really low, I just quit the lobby and join a new game. I don't like wasting 20 minutes of my time just to die on Wave 9 when some idiot decides its a good idea to charge an Atlas in the face. And the rest of my team dies trying to revive him.
hey that wasent me was it? I just did that in a match pretty epic.... since biotic charge makes an atlas stumble, but this time it was all

Ranks really meaningless as a method of determining ability, skill in 1st person shooters/playing ME2 on insanity carries over just fine. All rank means is 'I probably have some cool stuff'.

Also rank has nothing to do with skill, well if character rank is high, then you are fine, problem with that is if you filter the characters the low levels will forever have it difficult.

Maybe a character level filter instead of an N7 rating filter

Lol. An Atlas is pretty much guaranteed to kill you pretty quickly at melee range if you stick around, increased barrier or not. Charging them should probably be only reserved when its almost dead for style pointsSTARSBarry wrote...

Though I TOTALLY agree that rank doesn't show skill (I'm pretty sure I would play a HORRIBLE engineer and I've run across LOADS of "bad" higher ranked players), I think there's still a strong correlation between the N7 rank and FAMILIARITY with the game. Basic knowledge of map layout, enemy type, and other basic stuff. I don't need teammates to be GOOD, I just need them to SURVIVE. Contrary to how it may sound, my bar is set pretty low actually. Just don't die. I have no problem carrying a team and scoring double the person under me.
Granted, I haven't across too many players who were THAT bad. I was just sick and tired of spending 20 minutes of my time, only to lose and get a measly 5000 credits. So I started self-filtering out games where the average level of my teammates were less than level 5. Haven't lost since.
I need to unlock my Widow already, dammit.

I'm sorry, but do you have a life? Or a job? Or school that you go to? Seriously, you must have way to much time on your hands.SkyeHawk89 wrote...

And why would level really matter in this game? Sure you have more stuff availible but it's still aim, location and movement that's defining.

Im too not always on. I do things and find things to do. If your asking, you too must have something. It too none of your business, like I don't ask you.
