Hi, I am in Chapter two - reached it about 14 game days ago, and still no special ablities. I have slept in inns several times, in Nashkel, Beregost, still no dream, no power. Is it possible I won't get any? That would be hard for me to play (I am playing the first time) as the only healer in my party is Jaheira.
Anything I should be doing?

hmmm keep playing and it might pop up. If it doesn't, I've never had that problem.

The powers are received during dreams you have after each of the main plot points. The first is after clearing the Nashkel mines IIRC.

The trigger for the first power is just arriving at Nashkel for the first time. Each rest you have after that there is a chance of acquring the power. The chance is fairly high so you would normally expect to receive it if you have rested several times, but it is possible not to. I would suggest that you just sit in an inn and rest a dozen or so times. If still no power that would suggest something has gone wrong - you could fix that in shadowkeeper if necessary.

Thank you very much. Yes, finally day 26 (18 days after reaching Nashkel), sleeping in the wilderness, I had a dream. :-)
