I commend Bioware for adding multiplayer, we know they are predominantly a SP company (minimal MP game success), regardless some things that could be improved provided the budget is there.
MP Direction: My main complaint is there is no direction in ME3 MP, its just kill hoards of soldiers, than complete the odd objective which is normally what kills you, its nothing like the Uncharted CO-OP which is story driven or the Call of Duty Co-Op which at least gives progression objectives as opposed to putting you in a ****-zombie swarm-ish mode with the occasional objective, which is pretty much what ME3 multiplayer is now.
MP Party System/Disconnects: Party migration, host left, restart, disconnected etc. These messages have come up numerous times for me in the short time I've played MP already, and quite honestly it is frustrating. Find a solution like awarding resources to those who disconnect so long as their connection to ME3 MP remains, or within a reasonable timeframe.
MP levels: Need to be more expansive, they feel like the Citadel on ME2 as opposed to 3, you are caged in a small area where in general with the exception of objectives you dig in and fire as a group.
MP Dynamics: I suggested long before a component of PVP, like in L4D where the enemy has specialist soldiers controlled by humans, would add a whole new dynamic to combat and would be balanced because both sides get the opportunity to play as the enemy.
Quick MP things to address

I have to disagree. I am a huge fan of Horde mode, and this game pulls it off fantastically. COD Co-op is bland in my opinion. See, it's all a matter of perspective.
As for the host migrations...I agree that if it restarts the round those who remained keep the XP earned during that round.

I like it as it is, but I agree that the disconnect thing is annoying, It usually takes me 5 tries to get into a game where the host doesn't disconnect.

I'm contempt with it as it is. We'll get the full access to it. Don't want to get hit by a disconnect.
However, I'll join the bandwagon, I want something for doing all of this in the demo. We practically got 75% of the multiplayer on two maps and one enemy, and as much as I'm enjoying it, it's already getting repetitive with my level 20 Adept. I'm hoping we at least get a few Veteran packs, or carry packs, but Casey already said we weren't...
At least I'm getting my Collector Assault Rifle, so that counts for something.

EA should read feedbacks carefully and make games that users like, hardcore, challenging, balanced, full of contents, tactical variations.
Here is good market why not invest on it more? In a good direction of course, not like ME2 shallow dlc way.
